Hear from our clients
We recently partnered with Compass for support with a change management project and group change management coaching that turned out to be a transformative experience for our management team. From the outset, Marla and Ian took the time to understand our unique challenges and goals, tailoring their approach to meet our specific needs. Marla was incredibly supportive, guiding us through every step of the process so we can now apply these skills to future initiatives. Their ongoing support and follow-up ensured that the changes we implemented were sustainable and effectively integrated into our daily operations.
– Michelle Blackburn, Director of Programs and Services George Jeffrey Children’s Centre
Compass assisted our Agency with the planning, brainstorming, and creation of our new Strategic Plan. Ian’s experience ensured we have a well-thought-out document that is fully inclusive and gives our organization a vision and direction for the next 5 years. His preparedness and professionalism throughout the project was second to none. Would recommend Compass to anyone looking at creating a corporate Strategic Plan!
– Carmelo Notarbartolo,General Manager, Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation (NFMC)
Compass actively supported the Thunder Bay and District Mental Health and Addictions Network through an important time in our evolution by assisting us to gain clarity and understanding of the key priorities facing community system of services and helping us taking strategic action to begin work on these complicated issues. With Marla and Ian’s support, guidance, and candor over the year, we were able to focus on what is important for the clients we serve. We very much appreciate Compass as a trusted partner and thoughtful guide.

KGS Group is working with Compass on the pre-feasibility Community Engagement of Northern First Nations for All Season Roads. Although we have our own engagement team at KGS, we chose to partner with Compass due to their local knowledge on the project and contacts they have in Northern Ontario. Compass brings a depth of experience in public engagement in the ways we present information which is specific for each client, to keeping us technical folks organized and focused on project goals. This is a sensitive project with our northern communities and having Compass on my team allows us to approach the project the right way and convey the information such that we engage these communities properly and effectively.
