Compass is a senior management advisory firm for leaders and Boards facing growth, change, complexity or an important organizational challenge. Rather than simply providing recommendations, our experienced practitioners work alongside clients to create clarity, make sound decisions, align people, and help get the work done.
We work with organizations of roughly twenty to five hundred people, across the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors.
